Join Rachael Plaine on Zoom for a special "Rest & Digest: Post-Thanksgiving Yoga Class" on Friday, Nov. 27th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, in place of our usually scheduled Candle Light Yoga class.

This gentle class will focus on postures, movement and restorative poses to aid in digestion and increase relaxation! Unwind from your holiday gathering - gently stretch and strengthen your body as you flow through your practice with moments of holding postures and moments of moving with our breath. All-levels and abilities welcome. Relax, restore and unwind!

If you have yoga props (two blocks, blanket and bolster) OR a regular throw blanket, bed pillow and two smaller pillows or cushions - please gather them up for your practice to help support you in the restorative poses we'll be offering.
