Join Kala every Tuesday night from 7:00pm - 8:00pm for Yin Yoga class at the beautiful gardens of Springside Park.
Target your deep connective tissue - fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. In this slower and more meditative yoga practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, Yin Yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through sensation and be at peace with your thoughts.
Bring extra layers to stay cozy and warm~ and get ready to RELAX ~ this is a perfect "before bedtime" practice :)
