Join Kala every Thursday evening from 6:00pm-7:00pm for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class at Springside Park overlooking the beautiful gardens.
Salute the sun and work your body, breath, and spirit in this energetic vinyasa class. Build strength and stamina while engaging your muscles and your mind. This intermediate class offers vinyasa style sequences (linking breath with movement) and incorporates elements of Sun Salutations that encourage you to explore your edge.
Strengthen your body, quiet your mind and open your heart by moving at a moderate pace while developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. Provides a great workout, a wonderful way to recharge and deep relaxation.

Location: Springside Park - Upper North St. (next to Reid Middle School). Enter Springside Park from the upper North St. entrance, bear right and park in the parking lot near the Springside House. Classes will be held near the community gardens.
Weather Dependent - Participants will be notified via email at least 2 hours in advance and issued a credit if there is a cancellation due to weather.

- Please remain a socially distant 6' apart from others, if unmasked.
- Instructor will check you in on their phone or tablet upon your arrival. Just give your name!
- Please bring your own mat and a blanket or towel for underneath (if you'd like)
About the Instructor:
Kala Gresser: (Yoga) Kala is a Berkshire native and comes to yoga through a lifetime of personal practice. The yogic philosophy is embodied into her life and her teaching. Kala has taught in a variety of settings and the types of yoga she teaches include: hatha, vinyasa, children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga for athletes, private yoga, aerial yoga, yin and restorative yoga. Her teaching style blends a sequence of postures while promoting breath awareness, meditation, deep relaxation and self-healing. Whether beginner or advanced, students will find the authentic support they need to grow their practice, body, mind and spirit. Off the mat, Kala is a mother of three beautiful children who supports social change through volunteer work in our community.
