Join Bobbie every Sunday morning from 8:30am - 9:30am for an outdoor Peaceful Prana Yoga class at the beautiful gardens of Springside Park.
 
Start your day softly with this peaceful yoga class outside at beautiful Springside Park. You’ll move with ease and your breath through a series of poses meant to gently strengthen and lengthen your body. This class is ideal for beginners and intermediate students wanting to deepen their practice. Practice begins with an emphasis on being present in the body, sustaining a flowing breath and warming up. Feel good in your body, mind, spirit and soul!

Location: Springside Park - Upper North St. (next to Reid Middle School). Classes will be held near the community gardens. 
 
Parking: Enter Springside Park from the upper North St. entrance, bear right and park in the parking lot near the Springside House.
 
Weather Dependent - Participants will be notified via email at least 2 hours in advance and issued a credit if there is a cancellation due to weather.

  • Instructor will check you in on their phone or tablet upon your arrival. Just give your name!
  • Please bring your own mat and a blanket or towel for underneath (if you'd like)
About the Instructor:
Bobbie Fachini: (Yoga / Meditation / Yoga Nidra) Bobbie began practicing yoga in 2007, and completed a 200-hour RYT program at Yoga Sanctuary in Northampton, MA in 2014 under the leadership of the studio’s dedicated founder and director, Sara Rose Page. In this community she was fortunate to attend workshops and classes led by Dr. Douglas Brooks, scholar of comparative religion, anatomy presenter Martin Kirk, and the studio’s inspiring teachers. She is inspired by yoga’s deep history and leads classes that focus on alignment while carrying notes of storytelling and philosophy.
