Salute the sun and work your body, breath, and spirit in this energetic vinyasa class.  Build strength and stamina while engaging your muscles and your mind. This intermediate class offers vinyasa style sequences (linking breath with movement) and incorporates elements of Sun Salutations that encourage you to explore your edge.
Strengthen your body, quiet your mind and open your heart by moving at a moderate pace while developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. Provides a great workout, a wonderful way to recharge and deep relaxation.

About the Instructor:
Bobbie Fachini: (Yoga / Meditation / Yoga Nidra) Bobbie began practicing yoga in 2007, and completed a 200-hour RYT program at Yoga Sanctuary in Northampton, MA in 2014 under the leadership of the studio’s dedicated founder and director, Sara Rose Page. In this community she was fortunate to attend workshops and classes led by Dr. Douglas Brooks, scholar of comparative religion, anatomy presenter Martin Kirk, and the studio’s inspiring teachers. She is inspired by yoga’s deep history and leads classes that focus on alignment while carrying notes of storytelling and philosophy.
