OUTDOOR: Meditation & Yoga Nidra at Springside Park
with Bobbie Fachini

June 20 (Sunday)
at 6:00 pm

Class length
60 minutes

Location
Springside Park

Join Bobbie every Sunday evening from 6:00pm - 7:00pm for an outdoor Meditation & Yoga Nidra class at the beautiful gardens of Springside Park.

Yoga Nidra - or yogic sleep - is a guided meditation process that opens pathways to deeper consciousness.  Soothe your nervous system in a state of deep relaxation through body scan and visualization techniques and invite a growing relationship with your mind and soul.  We'll begin with a slow, quiet series of gentle poses to feel the body and a short period of silent meditation before entering the Nidra. Give yourself the gift of sweet rest and relaxation!

Bobbie Fachini: (Yoga / Meditation / Yoga Nidra) Bobbie began practicing yoga in 2007, and completed a 200-hour RYT program at Yoga Sanctuary in Northampton, MA in 2014 under the leadership of the studio’s dedicated founder and director, Sara Rose Page. In this community she was fortunate to attend workshops and classes led by Dr. Douglas Brooks, scholar of comparative religion, anatomy presenter Martin Kirk, and the studio’s inspiring teachers. She is inspired by yoga’s deep history and leads classes that focus on alignment while carrying notes of storytelling and philosophy.
