Join Julie every Monday & Wednesday morning from 5:30am - 6:30am (July 12th - August 9th) for a special 4-week Strong Nation HIIT class at beautiful Lakewood Park in Southeast Pittsfield.

Strong Nation is a revolutionary 60-minute, high-intensity, full body workout where every single cardio and muscle conditioning move is perfectly synched to original music. Location: Lakewood Park (Newell St. Pittsfield). Across from Pembroke Ave. south of Belanger Athletic Field. Street parking available
 
Weather Dependent - Participants will be notified via email at least 2 hours in advance and make up classes will be added to the end of the series for any cancelled classes.
 
Safety Protocols:
  • Class size may be limited
  • Pre-registration and pre-payment online is required to allow for a "touch-free" sign-in process
  • Please remain a socially distant 6' apart from others, if unmasked.
  • Instructor will check you in on their phone or tablet upon your arrival. Just give your name!
About the Instructor:
Julie Pellerin-Herrera, Ed. S.: (Yoga / Kid’s Yoga / Strong) Julie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She became a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher in 2003, Certified Yoga Ed. Teacher in 2007 and Radiant Child Yoga Teacher (95 hr) in 2017. She is also newly certified Strong Nation (formerly known as Strong by Zumba) instructor and thrilled to be sharing her love of HIIT cardio with the community! Julie also been a dedicated educator since 2001, teaching literacy and academics to children in various school settings. She practices the Nurtured Heart Approach and provides trainings on this energetic, relational approach to parents, teachers, and administrators. She relies on her daily yoga and meditation practice to help her “stay peaceful and present amidst life’s storms”. On a daily basis, yoga and meditation remind her to live breath by breath, moment by moment, and day by day all the while remaining connected to her higher purpose empowering others to make the world a better place.
