Join Kathy for a special 4-week Tai Chi series every Wednesday morning from 10:30am - 11:30am, June 2nd - 23rd at the beautiful gardens of Springside Park.
Experience a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches where each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind, body and spirit.
Enhance your physical and mental health, while improving your posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. In addition, tai chi is said to boost mood, alleviate pain, strengthen the immune system, and improve heart health.
This low impact class puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally accessible and safe for all ages and fitness levels.
* Pre-registration is required for the full series *
~ $60 for the 4-week series
